1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Use and Purchase govern your enrollment in and access to online courses offered by CKC-FZE LLC ("we," "us," "our") through the Thinkific platform. By purchasing or accessing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or access our courses.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to purchase and access our courses. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. COURSE PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

2.1 One-Time Purchase

All courses are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges unless explicitly stated on the sales page.

2.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment processors. All prices are listed in the currency shown on the sales page. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, transaction fees, or taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors integrated with Thinkific. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

2.4 Promotional Codes and Discounts

We may offer promotional codes or discounts at our sole discretion. These offers may have specific terms, conditions, and expiration dates. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and have no cash value.

2.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, you will not receive access to the course until payment is successfully processed.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENTS FOR ANY REASON.

4. COURSE ACCESS AND DURATION

4.1 Access Period

Course access is provided for 3 months from the date of purchase, as clearly stated on the sales page. After this period, your access to the course will expire.

4.2 Commencement of Access Period

The 3-month access period begins immediately upon purchase, regardless of when you first log in or begin the course.

4.3 Self-Paced Learning

All courses are self-paced. It is your sole responsibility to complete the course material within the 3-month access period. We do not provide extensions to the access period.

4.4 Bonus Sessions

If your course includes a complimentary 30-minute bonus session, this must be scheduled and completed within the 3-month access period. Bonus sessions cannot be scheduled or completed after your access expires.

4.5 Course Removal or Replacement

If a course is going to be replaced or removed from Thinkific, you will be given advance notice. Where possible, you will be provided the option to download the course materials before removal. However, we are not obligated to provide downloadable materials for all courses.

4.6 Platform Availability

Courses are hosted on the Thinkific platform. While we strive to ensure continuous availability, we are not responsible for platform downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control.

5. ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

5.1 Account Registration

To access your purchased course, you must create an account on the Thinkific platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the access period.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, internet service failures, or failures of third-party hosting providers.

18.6 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates for the resolution of any disputes.

These Terms are drafted in English. If translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict.
